General Director Cybersecurity en Madrid.
We are looking for a General Director with over four years senior management experience (Director or above) to be hired by a company focused on cybersecurity services.
Profile desired
- University degree in computer science other relevant engineering field or business
- Certifications desiderable CISA CISM CISSP ITILv3
- Have at least 05 years of experience working in the field of cybersecurity
- Working experience as Deputy Director position or above is preferable bility to coach mentor and develop talent in sales across the organization
- Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Strong network and association with state agencies and large enterprise in Italy is a must
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Over four years senior management experience (Director or above)
- Very strong leadership skills

- Demonstrated successful time management organisation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and work with a culturally diverse population
- Powerful problem-solving risk assessment and negotiation skills
- Should travel if its required
- Fluent in English
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all activities of the company business operations project timeline tendering stakeholder management
- Ensure all plan and processes are in place to enable all projects to be completed on time within budget.
- Delivery of business solutions within scope on time on budget and meeting the appropriate performance and quality requirements
- Monitoring tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders and to manage stakeholder expectations project risks and issues
- Improving the effectiveness of the organisation by developing and implementing new processes and automating tasks
- Other duties as assigned
