**The Team**:
Process Intelligence is a very cross-functional team, with the mission to make knowledge a competitive advantage for Celonis that allows every employee to perform at its best and to maximize value for our customers. We focus on tools, processes and people to achieve this mission.

**The Role**:
In this role you will be exposed both to business and technical challenges. You will be working in a small team hand in hand with senior professionals enjoying a great opportunity for apprenticeship and development.

For this role, you bring at least **6 months of full-time availability**.

**The work you’ll do**:
You will collaborate with client-facing teams, product organization, and other Celonis teams to capture, curate and redistribute existing knowledge. You will be using Celonis’ software and other tools to improve knowledge management at Celonis. In parallel, you will partner with cross-functional teams to understand their pain points, design and implement solutions, and drive adoption through communication and change management.

**The qualifications you need**:

- Student of industrial engineering, business administration, mathematics, business informatics, computer science or of a comparable program
- Think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to also present and explain them to various stakeholders
- Can listen very well, are communicative and feel comfortable as an interface between different departments and all levels of management
- Have gained first experience in solving strategic problems both analytically and conceptually during previous internships
- You have previous programming experience through academic courses or previous internships
- You are very engaged and think strategically about technology and want to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (Spanish / German is a plus but not necessary)
