We are looking to incorporate a Marketing Automation. She/he will be in charge of developing the marketing automation strategy, with a special focus on personalization and customer segmentation and the launch of our loyalty program.
What will be your functions?
- Dynamize the database by segments, developing the new list strategy, differentiating and personalizing communications and campaigns, as well as dialogue according to user behavior variables.
- Content management, ideation and development of the content plan according to the sales funnel, optimizing user interaction on any channel. (strong knowledge in copywriting)
- Execution of automation, focusing on the user journey, identifying triggers and conditions, defining the touchpoints to implement to improve engagement with customers. Knowing how to identify insights and improvements towards communication with our clients.
- Analysis of campaign results, A/B test launch, content evolution, and conversion improvement actions (CTRs, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- You have minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar function & experience in B2B marketing and performance or marketing automation agencies.
- You are graduated in Marketing or business administration.
- Strong knowledge in any marketing automation tool, such as Hubspot, Selligent, Sales Force marketing cloud, Marketo, etc.
- Experience developing content, desirable knowledge in UX writing.
- Desirable profiles that come from advertising agencies, startups or companies.
