SilverBack is working with a client seeking a full-time CSA Supervisor in Skellefteå, and the role comes with an excellent contract rate.

The Civil Supervisor is a vital member of the Construction team and key to this mission to enable the future of energy. Within the limits of a specific block, you are accountable for the planning execution and reporting of civil, structural and architectural works and accountable for its specific contractor.

**In your first week in this CSA role, you can expect to**:

- Supervise all field works for construction in the disciplines of - Civil, Structural & Architectural
- Plan and execute the activities within the block and your specific discipline, in accordance with the planning and direction of the block manager
- Support the block Quality and HSE inspector as well as act as a quantity surveyor
- Provide the information required to manage the site logistics and temporary services effectively

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable communicating in English
- In possession of a degree in Civil Engineering
- Full of experience of construction in industrial buildings
- Must have cleanroom installation experience
- Able to use your excellent communication skills
