As a member of the academic IE School of Science & Technology Management Team, the Assistant Academic Director will support the Assistant Dean of Computer and Data Science in the delivery of the academic strategic, operational, and commercial objectives of the Bachelor in Computer Science and Artificial intelligence, Bachelor in Data and Business Analytics and/or future programs in data, computing and mathematics. He/she will design and coordinate research projects and provide academic guidance.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as** **Assistant** **will involve**:

- Provide the Assistant Dean of Computer and Data Science with advice and support on all academic matters, considering commercial imperatives and financial targets as required.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of new curricular and extracurricular programs.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- Assist in the coordination and implementation of new curricular and extracurricular programs.
- A master’s degree from a top university in the areas of education management, computer science, and/or related fields
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Curious, eager to learn, open-minded, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the research realm, especially in the spaces of innovation, policy, and technology.
- Previous experience as a project manager in higher education or learning management systems is also an asset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder environments, excellent communication skills, and strong customer orientation are essential.
