CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to our fast growing, successful organization. We have mainly served the European market, but we are now expanding our services to Morocco, South America and the US. Our organization is providing non-invasive cancer support treatments based on immunotherapy with dendritic cells and we have recently launched several new existing projects. Our treatments are scientifically advanced, together with personalized and empathetic patient care throughout the process.

You must have the ability to make smart and strategic decisions on behalf of the organisation, and you should be able to look holistically at our company and understand what we need. You should also be able to translate financial data into useful information for those across all levels of an organisation. You are a natural authentic leader with great communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- responsible for the fiscal health of the business
- oversee the investment of funds held by the company and assess and manage associated risks
- Tracking cash flow and financial planning and analyzing the company´s financial strengths and weaknesses
- Proposing strategic directions, forecasting and budgeting
- Making recommendations on mergers and acquisitions
- work with department heads to analyze financial data and craft budgets
- attesting to the accuracy of reports and consulting with boards of directors and the CEO on strategy

**Requirements**:

- a mínimum of 7 preferably 10 chief years experience in a senior role.
- CPA designation preferred
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members
- Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Excellent analytical, organizational and written skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong verbal communication skills
- high proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with Spanish and other languages as a bonus
