**Information Security Officer****:

SIX and BME are two important financial market infrastructures providers in Europe. For our team of Information Security Officers and SIX’s 2nd line of defense, we are looking for an Information Security Officer, who is interested in working in an international environment to keep the overview, help balance information security risks and make sure SIX’s security posture is leading in class.

As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work in a global and dynamic environment and to work under a flexible hybrid model, being based in our Madrid office (Las Rozas).

**What You Will Do**:

- advising and supporting international projects to make sure IT security requirements are properly defined and implemented
- orchestrate penetration tests with business/IT stakeholders and top security experts. You are not expected to understand every hack out there, but you know how to classify discovered issues in terms of criticality and can explain the impact to business/IT stakeholders with the aim to reach a consensus around when and how fixes are applied
- use your technical expertise to conduct deep dives in form of structured security assessments
- improve our overall maturity with your ideas and based on your experience
- grow personally and technically through constant exchange with your colleagues from Switzerland, Spain, Germany and Poland

**What You Bring**:

- a minimum of 2 years of experience as an information security officer with exposure to technical as well as business stakeholders
- advanced training or certification in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) will be highly valued
- knowledge of ISO/IEC 2700x, ISF Standard of Good Practice, SWIFT CSP, PCI-DSS is an advantage
- good organizational skills with ability to explain complex things in a simple way and with a team player mindset, having also good communication and collaboration skills
- good command of written and spoken English to work in an international environment and interact with colleagues from other locations abroad
