This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services. Your benefits: - Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday - Friday 9:00-18:00- Great office location in Barcelona - Friends hunting (referral) bonus - Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on - Career development program and specialized courses What you’ll experience with us As a **Partner Support Agent** in our team, you will: - Provide users with your expertise and support them in overcoming the challenges of using our software - Keep our quality standards towards your customers in mind and are responsible for their satisfaction - Learn more about one part of our software and develop practical solutions together with us **We’ll be a great match if you**: - Are bilingual or proficient in German and advanced in English - Have made an apprenticeship as an IT systems management assistant (M/F/d) or similar, alternatively you have studied business informatics or business administration - Are modern and brainy, like our client.
