Kids Team Coordinator

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Handle groups of kids of age 7+ during sporting and dangerous activities**:

- **Stand up paddle/kayak**:

- **Cliff jumping (training will be provided)**:

- **Hiking**:

- **Mountain biking**:

- **Coordinate with suppliers, communicating pick up points, return of gear, maining a professional and friendly relationship**:

- **Design games and holiday plans and plan them out**

- Read instructions from digital communication and follow strict checklists
*

- Helping and reassuring parents, so that they feel their kids will be well taken care of (in professional hands) during their adventures*
*
- Writing a report after the excursions, being detailed and honest in things that went wrong or could be improved*
*
- Maining a professional appearance and code of conduct during the activities*
*
- Organization, storage and maintenance of all the gear involved*
*
- Super clear and easy communication towards the parents, so that they know with enough notice, the details of the activities, drop off points and payments.

- Fluent and confident communication in English & Spanish

Qualifications required:
