**About the role**:
At **bsport**, our UX team is driven by a shared mission to refine every detail of our platform, informed by user feedback, to create seamless experiences for both clients and their customers. As our **first dedicated UX Researcher**, you will have the exciting opportunity to **establish the research function** at bsport. You’ll help us understand our users more deeply and ensure their needs are at the heart of our design and product decisions.

This is a unique role where you’ll shape how research is conducted, embedded, and valued across our teams, setting the foundation for a culture of user-centred design.

**What will be your impact?**:
**Establish research foundations**:

- Define and implement scalable research methods, frameworks, and tools tailored to our needs.
- Develop guidelines to help the wider team utilise research in their decision-making processes.

**Advocate for the user**:

- Share findings through presentations, reports, and workshops that inspire and align teams around user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a consistent and user-centric approach to solving problems.

**Build a culture of continuous learning**:

- Train and guide designers, PMs, and other team members to conduct lightweight research.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision-making.

**You would be a great fit if you**:

- Have **3+ years of experience** as a UX Researcher, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Are skilled in a range of **research methods** (qualitative and quantitative) and can adapt them to project needs.
- Excel at **storytelling**, using clear and engaging narratives to communicate findings to non-researchers.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment where you can have a **direct impact**.
- Are passionate about **building from scratch**, creating processes that will evolve as the team grows.
- Have experience working closely with product teams on complex platforms.
- Have experience with common research tools like Dovetail, OptimalWorkshop, etc.
- Care deeply about user diversity, accessibility, and inclusive design.
