**The venues**
Soho House Barcelona overlooks the beautiful Port Vell marina. The House features a private Members Club, various restaurants, bars and a roof top pool along with a Health Club, 56 bedrooms and a private screening room.
Little Beach House Barcelona has 16 rooms, Private Club with a Mediterranean restaurant facing the beach and ample sunbed space by the sea. La Caseta is our chiringuito, open to the public and the perfect place to enjoy the Soho House experience.
Barcelona Pool House is coming this year - a beautiful modernist House for our members, complete with restaurants, swimming pool and a Health Club.
**The role...**
- Daily cash count for deposit.
- Provide cash change for the outlets.
- Accounting management of cash purchases (Petty Cash).
- Upload the day's production to accounting.
- Reconciliation of credit card transactions.
- Reconciliation of other payment methods (Vouchers, Gift cards, booking platforms, etc.).
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts affecting the above processes.
- Issuance/correction of customer invoices.
- Other tasks required by the department's needs (audits, regulatory requirements, month-end closings, filing, etc.).

- Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required;
- 3+ years' experience in similar role in hospitality;
- Technical Skills: knowledge of the principals governing general accounting and taxation, financial statements (statutory and fiscal);
- Software Skills - Advanced Excel skills associated with large volumes of data, data management and reporting;
- Familiarity with PMS Opera/MICROS;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
