We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in **Madrid - María de Molina, 12.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as a Project Manager will involve the following activities**:
**MANAGEMENT**
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of research projects involving IE researchers that are funded by national or international public or private programs, as well as the use of institutional research funds, in accordance with the applicable regulations of each program and IE’s internal policies.
- Support researchers in the preparation of financial and technical progress reports, and in implementing dissemination and communication actions for research results, in line with the requirements of the funding entities/organizations.

**FUNDING**
- Assist in identifying and analyzing public and private programs for research funding, and promote IE researchers’ participation in the most relevant calls, in line with the strategic priorities set by the Office of the Vice-Rector for Research.
- Support researchers in preparing research proposals submitted to various funding calls.
- Identify and promote training and skill-development tools for researchers in proposal writing, reporting, and communication/dissemination of results.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:

- Higher education degree; Master’s/Postgraduate degree preferred. (Postgraduate studies and/or training in R&D Management or Project Management will be valued.)
- 3-4 years of experience in the promotion and/or management of R&D&I projects funded by national or international public or private programs (e.g., Ministry of Science, European Commission, foundations, companies).
- Full command of spoken and written English (bilingual level - essential).
- Advanced proficiency in office software (MS Office).

- Strong adaptation service orientation and cultural awareness to interact with a multinational community of researchers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
