Your mission as **Cyber Prevent Manager** is to protect Vodafone infrastructure and Information. You will be leading the team in charge of deploying and operating the security tools that help prevent and detect threats in Spain. Futhermore, you will be part of global multinational team of Cyber Security experts passionate for building a secure connected future for customers and society. As the Cyber Prevent Manager you will have the following **responsabilities**:

- Contribute to the global definition of the Cyber Security tooling strategy; and adapt it to the current situation in Spain.
- Manage the lifecycle of the local catalog of cyber security tooling and develop the strategic roadmap for the evolution of this catalog.
- Plan and ensure the realization of the necessary engineering projects to deploy new tools or extend additional scope.
- Maintain the 24x7 operation of local tools and support the operation of the global ones.
- Understand security risks and the necessary balance between cyber security and business impact, being able to advice on the best course of action when there is a trade-off.
- Ensure adequate and solid reporting of progress and KPIs to the necessary stakeholders or committees.
- Cooperate with the Cyber Defence teams to provide the right tools and use cases in the detection tools, as well as provide the necessary support in incident management.
- Ensure the provision of adequate support and quality evidences of the tools and processes in place to assurance teams and internal and external audit.
**What you bring**:

- +7 years experience in Cyber Security related positions.
- Previous experience managing Cyber Security projects and operations.
- Knowledge of a number of Cyber Prevent tools very valuable (IAM, PAM, IPS, Antimalware, SIEM ).
- General Knowledge of Cyber Security standard frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27000
- Passion for Cyber Security and interest in IT and Network.
- Telecommunications industry experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in tight deadlines and delivering projects within defined time periods.
- Time-management and organisational skills. Goal-oriented.
- Ability to lead teams and to cooperate and influence stakeholders in multinational teams.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, good in reporting and presenting.
- Excellent English level both written and spoken.
