We are currently in search of a Tech Lead for our Payments team here at our client. Embracing the SAFe Agile framework, you will be at the helm, guiding a team of talented engineers dedicated to advancing our client's suite of eCommerce and fulfilment products. Your role will entail close collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, as well as taking on line management responsibilities for our team of engineers. We're looking for someone who not only possesses technical prowess but also excels in leadership and thrives in cross-functional collaboration. Given our focus on.NET technologies, proficiency in.NET Core, Web API, Cosmos DB, and similar tools is highly valued. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead an Engineering Team in delivering key features within the payments domain.
- Cultivate a culture of Continuous Improvement and facilitate personal development.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Quality, and Production Support peers to ensure scalable, secure, and highperformance systems.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
- Advocate best practices, guiding the team in Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Ensure adherence to code quality, security, and test coverage standards.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Proven leadership experience in technical teams, including hiring and mentoring.
- Strong background in payments technology and payment processing systems.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to lead and articulate ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in C# and a deep technical understanding.
- Cloudnative architecture expertise.
- Familiarity with C#, WebApi,.NET Core, Angular, No SQL, Microservices, and Restful architecture.
- Experience with Azure stack components such as App Insights, Cosmos, Service Fabric, and REDIS.
- Familiarity with event streaming platforms like Kafka.
- Advantageous to have experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) within Agile SCRUM environments.
