This Position reports to:
Global People Analytics Lead
**Your role and responsibilities**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the creation, update, maintenance, deletion, and delivery of HR data relevant for sustainability reporting while ensuring that it is consistent and trustworthy.

Each day, you will provide support for master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in programs to optimize business functions through data-driven insights.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid.

**You will be mainly accountable for**:

- Building, automating, and maintaining data pipelines on Snowflake to enable high-quality, timely sustainability reporting (focused on HR KPIs such as DEI, turnover, training hours, etc.) from Workday
- Ensuring master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality across HR and sustainability domains
- Collaborating closely with HR, IS and sustainability teams to translate data requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Documenting, reviewing, and updating all procedures and policies related to data management and reporting

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are highly skilled in Snowflake, SQL, dbt, and ETL/ELT pipeline development
- You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ideally in HR data or sustainability reporting
- Proven experience in automating data workflows and integrating multiple data sources (e.g., HRIS, ESG tools, survey platforms)
- Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and master data management principles
- You are passionate about data quality, scalability, and enabling impact through analytics
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Workday HR reporting know-how is strong plus
- You are at ease communicating in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus
