RESPONSABILIDADES/ FUNCIONES
- Este puesto es responsable de las contrataciones de famosos y talentos y de los contenidos de entretenimiento en todas las cabeceras y plataformas de Conde Nast en español, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a ello, los medios digitales, impresos y de vídeo.
- Este puesto trabajará estrechamente con The Talent Group en España y en colaboración con los departamentos editorial, comercial y de vídeo de todos los equipos en España, para apoyar en todas las contrataciones de talentos y celebridades.
- Trabajar estrechamente con la red global de The Talent Group para proporcionar información, actualizaciones, compartir recursos e informes de estado sobre los proyectos y programas actuales y futuros que se están desarrollando y trabajando.
- Conocimiento y comprensión de la cultura española a nível de mercado local
- Trabajar con los equipos editoriales y de vídeo para aportar ideas de casting para futuros proyectos relacionados con los famosos.

**Requisitos**:

- Excelente comunicador.
- Debe trabajar en equipo, tomar decisiones a tiempo y trabajar bajo presión.
- Orientado a los detalles, organizado, con capacidad para realizar varias tareas a la vez y cumplir con plazos estrictos.
- Debe poseer pasión y conocimiento por la cultura pop, el entretenimiento y el mundo de las celebridades.
- Es importante tener relaciones con promotores de famosos, estudios, sellos musicales y cadenas de televisión en streaming.
- Capacidad para expresarse en inglés (oral, escrito y comprensión) como segunda lengua en un nível avanzado
- Perfil “digital first”, con habilidades digitales que conozca perfectamente el funcionamiento del medio digital, la creación de contenidos digitales, los ritmos de trabajo del medio digital, las claves técnica digitales, los datos de las audiencias y la resolución de problemas.
