We're currently looking for a DROP-SHIPMENT & LOGISTICS TEAM LEADER (H/M) to join our EMEA team.
Key responsibilities- Establish and optimize EMEA spare parts drop-shipment process.- Work together with Supply Chain Management, extend drop-shipment scope by optimizing suppliers production L/T, suppliers inventory, outbound net work and L/T- Lead the team to manage daily procurement and logistics of drop-shipment orders.- Be responsible to from-order-to-delivered performance of drop-shipment orders. And continuously improve L/T performance.- Be alert to obsolete spare parts. Work together with SCM, tech. team and warehouse management team to proactively address obsolete parts solution of drop-shipment
Role specific skills & competences:
- Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain- Proficient in both writing and oral English. Other european languages would be a plus.- Strong knoledge in Procurement & Logistics- 10 years of proven experience in a similar position.- Experience in setting up teams.- Knowledge and insight in service operations.- Strong change management skills, dynamically operating in a fast moving environment. Ability to look ahead, and anticipate/assess the system-wide impact & consequence of specific adjustments to the manufacturing/operations network.- Skilled at leading strategy & innovation with a forward-looking proactive orientation. bringing Imagination (new & fresh thinking) to the extended team. Ability to formulate a strategic plan aligned to business requirements ensuring sustained competitiveness.
