**Company description**

GOMEEP helps companies and individuals by providing built for purpose reliable e-mobility assets for last mile delivery and transportation.

GOMEEP is the first monthly electric scooter and bike subscription service. For a monthly subscription fee, users will receive their own private vehicle, where all maintenance, insurance and replacements are included in the subscription. They can sign up and cancel at any time.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be part of GOMEEP’s digital marketing and operations in Barcelona. You will help the team improve current operations by building a workflow plan and an inventory management system to enhance GOMEEP’s service. For your team, you are there to support and a point of contact for questions and concerns. And on the other side, it is in your responsibility to ensure that GOMEEP has a privileged visibility online by running SEO campaigns and always thinking on how to improve the company's presence in online channels. You will be also ensuring that the business runs smoothly throughout clear communication and constant team work.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolves customer problems by coordinating services, providing information, and answering questions. Give support to the operations team.
- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with operations, participating with, and providing resources to business improvement.
- Lead and update the CRM systems.
- Manage solutions implementation responding to identified partners’ needs.
- Proactively explore to find trends, new markets, increase customers and business development.
- Ensure GOMEEP's visibility online, both in Google and Social Media

**Marketing Operations Analyst job description should contain the following requirements**:

- Previous working experience in operations is a plus
- Native in Spanish, fluent in English.
- Hands on experience with WordPress is a plus
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills to both be able to coordinate the team and deal with customers' needs
- Creative and resolutive thinking
- Growth mindset: you seek out learning opportunities for yourself and the team
