**Strategic Sourcing and Logistics Head**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master is preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years in supply chain management, procurement, or a related role in the agribusiness or commodities industry.

**Sales & Technical Skills**:

- Shipment Scheduling: Plan and coordinate shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery of grain and meal commodities to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.
- Contract Documentation & Implementation: Oversee the documentation and execution of contracts related to grain shipments and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Experience with contract management and documentation.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
