Client : Marque française de retail en pleine expansion, spécialisée dans le secteur de la décoration et d’aménagement de la maison, est à la recherche de:
Poste : Architecte d’intérieur retail

Localisation : Madrid

Responsabilités:

- Garantir un aménagement et une conception de magasin respectant le Cahier des charges magasin et le Concept de la marque, en assurant l’optimisation des coûts et la durée du projet.
- Garantir l’ensemble de la conception et les plans de montage ainsi que les commandes de meubles, PLV et cloisons au service Ingénierie Agencement.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration et au déploiement du plan Merchandising espagnol en coordination avec les équipes commerce (expansion ou retail), marketing et concept.
- Assurer la conception et participer à l’organisation des photos catalogues et des expositions de produits.
- Assurer le lien technique avec l’équipe travaux basé en France.
- Mettre en place les procédures relatives à la Qualité, l’Hygiène, la Sécurité et l’Environnement (QHSE) et énergie applicable à son service.
- Assurer la présentation et le conseil architectural aux clients pour la mise en valeur de l’offre produit.
- Assurer le respect des délais négociés.
- Réaliser une visite sur site, un métré du local et établit un descriptif des travaux à réaliser et participer occasionnellement à des visites de chantiers.

Profil:

- Etudes universitaires / Formation Architecte technique / Design d’intérieur / Agencement / Delineante.
- Créativité, ouverture d’esprit, curiosité.
- Connaissances techniques, normes et matériaux.
- Esprit d’équipe.
- Capacité de négociations, d’arbitrages et de persuasion.
- Qualité organisationnelle.
- Pratique du français indispensable. L’anglais est un plus.
- Mobilité occasionnelle selon moments et projets.
- Expérience similaire dans l’agencement ou le design d’intérieur est un plus.
