**Senior On Road Logistics Manager, AMZL ES OTR Team**:
**DESCRIPTION**

The ES On the road (OTR) team manages and grows Amazon's in-house last mile delivery network, working with partners across Spain who operate out of delivery stations and handle assigned delivery routes and packages.

The ES OTR Capacity Planning team plays a crucial role in achieving DSP Last Mile Delivery objectives by developing strategies to expand OTR capacity both in the short and mid-term.

As Manager, OTR Capacity Planning, you will be responsible for creating and executing the mid-term capacity strategy for ES, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across various functions such as planning, finance, fleet, and local teams. This role requires a quantitative and analytical approach, combined with strong business judgment, to continuously improve capacity planning processes.

**Key job responsibilities**
- Build delivery station level OTR capacity plans and serve as the primary source of demand reporting.
- Create scalable planning processes using historical data and performance standards, developing tools to incorporate inputs from stakeholders.
- Lead capacity planning reviews with operations leaders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize capacity management practices.
- Oversee execution of capacity plans with partner acquisition teams.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degrees in logistics, engineering, economics, or related fields preferred.
- Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and ability to influence others.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to report to senior management.
- Experience in contract negotiations, account management, and service level tracking.
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in ecommerce logistics.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% internationally.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Leadership experience.
- SQL and data analysis skills.
- Fluent in French (verbal and written).
