**Your tasks**:
The Service Dispatcher position is located within the Service Team of Krones Ibérica and reports to the local Head of Service position. The target of the Service Dispatcher position is to allocate the local Krones technicians/engineers to customer projects and construction sites across Spain (sometimes even to other countries), based on their qualifications and specialization and based on the technical requirements of the projects concerned. Other duties of the position include maintaining data in relevant systems (SAP etc.), reviewing travel reports and supporting the issuance of service invoices to the customers.

The main tasks and responsibilities of the position are:

- Assembly planning of service technicians in the Service ‘Dispatching Table’
- Processing and controlling SAP workflows for service orders
- Cooperation, coordination and optimization of assignment planning, together with the customer
- Resolving incidents (travel, organization etc.)
- Reviewing the travel reports of service technicians and external service Providers
- Engaging in the invoicing process for service activities

**Your profile**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/ Microsoft 365 (experience with Salesforce and/or SAP would be plus)
- Happy to work in a Team
- Enjoying frequent interactions with colleagues inside and outside of Spain
- Being customer orientated (“service mentality”)
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Proactive “can do” attitude
- Being a skilled coordinator / organizer
- High proficiency in Spanish and English is a must (knowledge of German and/or Portuguese would be a plus)
