**_Control & Reporting Analyst._**

**_ Your mission:_**
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the financial statements according to PepsiCo Financial Policies, Local stautory rules and PGCS model.

**Responsibilities**

**_ Your day to day with us:_**- Ensure the accounting, analysis and reporting, in compliance with US and local GAAP as well as Pepsico’s policies and guidelines, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency in all accounting information- Preparation of the PepsiCo Corporate reporting in HFM, and other reporting requirements from Region/Sector reporting team- Perfom monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculation in coordination with supply team. Generate and analyze on a monthly basis the most relevant KPIs: Volume, Cost Cause of Change, Mix Effect- Document and analyze standard and transfer prices for beverages business in accordance to tax guidance- Perfom analysis of different PL against previous year or forecast and explaining the main drivers of the differences. Perform Operating Cash Flow analysis versus previous year and forecast- Balance Sheet Review: drive reviews, reconciliation process, analysis, identifying risks and opportunities on BS.- Support Auditors and Audit reviews: provide full transactions clarification and documentation as required.- Elaboration of local statutory accounts-
- Manage Key Controls related to Financial Reporting and inventory to cogs processes and ensure completeness of the controls- Support compliance with Spanish and local legal and tax requirements

**Qualifications**

**_ What will you need to succeed?:_**- 1-2 years in Control / Audit / Financial department experience desirable- Qualified with- Business Administration, Economics or- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance-
- Fluent in English- Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools with proven solid level in Excel- Good knowledge of SAP and HFM is preferred.- Good knowledge of local accounting is needed and US GAAP is preferred- Analytical skills and able to focus on the details and accuracy of the reporting data- Ability to make decisions within short timeframes and under pressure
