**Main Responsibilities**

The Financial Aid Office (FAO) contributes 50% of the income of the MBA Program. We are looking for a coordinator to assist incoming students in understanding their financial needs, preparing their financial budget, and facilitating their education funding. The coordinator will counsel prospective and current students focusing on loans and external scholarships. He/she will ensure students understand the terms and conditions of loans and address their inquiries and concerns. At the same time, also coordinate with fund providers (Banco Sabadell, Caixa, Prodigy, US Department of Education, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate submission of required documents, facilitate the disbursement of loans and resolve any issues or delays that may arise. The coordinator will also contribute to organizing informative sessions on financial aid topics, collaborate with MBA Admissions and the other IESE programs and departments and assist in preparing statistics and reports.

- Proficiency in English/Spanish.
- Work permit in Spain.
