We are looking for a Hotel Business Turnaround - Reposition Specialist As hospitality investors, our firm specialises in Value-Add hospitality assets, repositioning post-purchase to upgrade to next category and best in its Comp Set. The hotels are strategically located to attract all of leisure, corporate, and MICE markets optimising occupancy and ADR week, weekend, and each month of the full year. **ARE YOU A HANDS-ON & RESULTS-DRIVEN MANAGER WITH FULL REPOSITIONING EXPERIENCE?** To You will in addition need these minimum requirements: Ø +5 years of proven experience as a successful Resort General Manager in 4 star and 5 star hotels, > direct experience in successful Product and Market Repositioning is a must > must have proven achievements achievements in channel distribution and direct booking to increase quality high ADR, and eliminating mass, low ADR tour operators and bedbanks Ø Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, a Master’s degree will be valued Ø In depth P&L analysis and cost control, minimum 5 years budget set up & management. Ø Proven successful commercial experience, business plan development & control, marketing and revenue management for both the Leisure as well as the MICE and corporate markets. Ø Professional Operations Management: process development, implementation and control of all hotel departments. Ø Proven revenue and profit optimization, as well as staff productivity and control in all hotel departments **DO YOU HAVE A DYNAMIC - POSITIVE - PRO-ACTIVE PERSONALITY?** Ø Motivating Team Leader and positive people skills Ø Strong sense of ownership, troubleshooter and pro-active challenge solver Ø Passion for customer service, efficient management of guest feedback, on and offline.
