Our client company is a young and dynamic company that produces premium bio-fertilizers that improve soil biodiversity & water retention and reduce greenhouse gases emissions by transforming waste from agriculture & livestock.
They’re breaking ground in the deployment of sustainable agriculture through advanced bio-science, big data and circularity. Its innovative process relies on physical and biological filtering to catch nutrients and to clean water. Additionally, they want to impact the long term environment in the soil for greater crop yield and climate resistance.
**Job Description** Role Overview and Key Responsabilities**:
- Lead the development and optimization of advanced biochemical and physical production processes for high-quality, nutrient-rich biofertilizers.
- Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in agriculture, fertilisers, and biotechnology.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategies for market penetration and product positioning.
- Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to showcase the company's expertise and expand professional networks.
**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- ** Academic Training**: Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant discipline such as Biochemistry, Agriculture, or Biotechnology.
- ** Coneixements**: A specific Knowledge in bio and chemical fertilizer development, agricultural research, or related fields.
- ** Languages**: fluent English and Spanish.
**Professional Experience**: Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
