Coding and Placement Analyst - Operations Department

What will you be doing?

You’ll become an FMCG products expert knowing and supporting Circana in identifying products characteristics driving the FMGC market, so you will be the key to the accuracy of the data in the databases requested by our clients.

You’ll work on product classification, working with other internal Ops Departments and with our Commercial Team supporting and driving excellence for our clients.

You will have the opportunity to be proactive, acquire new knowledge and work with different teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Use of internal tools to code and group FMCG products in the ‘Circana Dictionary’.
- Classification of new products according to customer specifications.
- Creation of product hierarchies according to customer requirements.
- Quality control of all processes.
- Updating of product classification documentation and product dimension specifications in Circana databases.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate vocational training (FP) in administrative management, advanced vocational training (FP) in administration, vocational training (FP) in data recording and processing, or experience within a similar role.
- 1-3 years of experience
- English B2-C1, both written and spoken.
- Excellent command of the MS Office package, advanced Excel with macros.
- Analytical and detail-focused person, numerical and analytical capacity, organised. Internal and external customer orientation.
- Ability to learn, self-learning. Ability to manage time. Relational and communication skills, teamwork.
