**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Compliance verification on identification documents and invoices, along with reporting, to meet regulatory requirements
- Setting up payments in Flywire systems ready for processing
- Reconciling transactions, financial data, and other information to the company's accounting system
- Provide assistance to, and coverage for the Financial Operations Supervisor.
- Complete foreign exchange remittance requests
- Ad-hoc research activities
**Qualifications**:
**Here’s What We’re Looking For**:
- Some experience in customer service, Payments or other related fields
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Customer focus and proven interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and escalation skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- The ability to work independently, and part of a wider team
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Exposure to, or experience working in international education, is preferred
- University degree qualification - preferably a Finance related discipline
