In this role you will report to the Global Head of Product for IKEA for Business, and will work closely with the Senior Product Manager working on the second product squad of the B2B Online Shop.
THE PRODUCT AREA YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
The B2B Online Shop (e-commerce) has the potential to become the biggest growth opportunity for IKEA for Business.

You will join a team of 2 product squads working on redesigning online shopping for Business customers. Asking yourself questions such as: what would drive Businesses to our site? Would they come for inspiration or with an idea ready execute? Would they come alone or a group? How much automation vs. assistance by sales associated would they expect? When would they come back?
The product is in MVP phase and about to be presented to the first customers, you will be joining in an early-stage moment for the product with the opportunity to contribute your vision and ideas.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
IKEA for Business is the fastest growing and most promising growth area for us as a company. Already a multi-billion euro ‘business’ (no pun intended) for IKEA, it is poised to grow substantially over the coming years. IKEA for Business is a Venture within IKEA.
Around the world, we allow other companies to deliver upon their dreams with our interior design solutions and products - be it a small tech start up with a handful of employees, a local restaurant that wants to expand, or a large real estate development firm that needs thousands of kitchens for their next project. The scale and diversity of IKEA for Business is mind-blowing, and we are looking for the extraordinary team that will tackle it all.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a previous Product Management role and a minimum 3 years of experience leading agile teams in a best-practice digital product development environment. Previous experience in B2B or a tech company will give you an extra edge. We are looking for previous international exposure and experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
