QUINS SERAN ELS TEUS REPTES?
- Atendre els clients recollint i canalitzant qualsevol tipus de consulta, problemàtica o petició relacionada amb temes de recanvis de post-venda, d'acord amb les comandes del client per tal de garantir la resolució de les peticions dels mateixos i el subministrament dels materials sol-licitats, per així obtenir la màxima satisfacció dels clients.
- Preparar documentació per a inspeccions d'entitats de control previ a l'embarcament.
- Elaborar les factures per a les duanes.
- Gestió de comandes, enviaments de garanties, exportacions.
- Confeccionar ofertes i pressupostos
QUÈ ET FARÀ TRIOMFAR EN AQUESTA POSICIÓ?
- Disposar de CFGS de Comerç Internacional, Administració i Finances o experiència similar com a gestor/a de recanvis en un departament de post venta
- Disposar de capacitat analítica i de resolució de problemes, afrontant cada repte amb optimisme i energia.
- Habilitats de comunicació verbal i escrita en anglès.
