**Your role and key responsibilities**-
This position will be part of our **Operations Department**, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.
In your day-to-day, you will:

- Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring **safety, quality, and efficiency** at every step.
- Perform basic **maintenance, cleaning, and inspections** following established procedures.
- Identify and **report issues**, supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
- Collaborate closely with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to keep production running smoothly.
- Follow all **safety, quality, and environmental standards**, contributing to a clean and organized workspace (5S).
-**What you bring to the team**-
- **Vocational training (FP Medio or Superior)** or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related fields.
- **1-3 years of experience** in a production or industrial environment (automotive experience is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft 365, SAP, or similar).
- **Willingness to work in Sagunto.** While some teams are currently based in **Valencia**, operations will progressively move to **Sagunto**, so we require availability from the start.
- **Willingness to work rotating shifts.**

-**What makes you stand out**-- Experience in battery cell manufacturing or other high-tech production processes.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance, TPM, or quality control tools.
