**What We Expect from You**:

- Possession of a valid driver's license and a car.
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
- Adherence to the API (Association of International Property Professionals) code of conduct.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is advantageous.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and proficiency in another European language.
- High proficiency in computer and literacy skills.
- Highly presentable personality with a positive and focused mindset.
- Possess a confident, personable, and motivational approach
- Extensive knowledge of the Costa Calida and surrounding areas.
- Own car and a valid Spanish driving license.
- Must hold a Spanish residency permit with the right to work in Spain.
