David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Dutch speaking Lead Generator for their Malaga office.

Position: Lead Generator

Location: Malaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Expert understanding of products with ability to demonstrate products and services
- Positively impact sales through customer interactions, with consistent increase in conversion rates
- Build meaningful connection and profile the customers assigned to improve quality data and segmentation
- Research and identify leads to boost the sales on the specific region/territory
- Work closely with the inside sales representatives to convert leads into opportunities
- Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided
- Capture and report all relevant data
- Provide a positive and memorable experience to each customer
- Achieve and exceed KPIs set.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in sales roles is mandatory
- Good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environments
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Strong sales & customer-oriented mindset.
