MISSION
Distribute courier and take care of transporting all materials (external & internal Logistics), ensuring continuous, efficient flow.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Receive materials physically (merchandises, prototypes, molds) in the set warehouse areas according to location plans.

Distribute those materials between those set areas and the internal departments, customers and suppliers.

Prepare and send prototypes, molds and first samples to customers or suppliers.

Control movement of materials in order to follow up and take action if necessary.

Perform the administrative responsibilities and inform internal Ficosa systems: delivery notes, invoices, clients’ orders, etc.

Ensure total amounts of materials (quantity) and documentation received is as agreed in each case.

Provide support and collaborate on local and corporate audits.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving of OHSE and Quality department.
