We now have an opening for a **Financial Performance Officer**to join our **Iberia**Finance department**based in **Madrid.**

**In this role you will be responsable for**:

- Build and analyze dashboards and business KPI’s performance, detecting deviations and proposing corrective measures.
- Participate in the preparation of Budget and 5-year BP coordinating the information flow from all departments involved (leasing, operations, asset management, financial performance).
- Data Exploration and Analysis: Use data tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.
- Manage data from various sources to prepare accurate reports with specified deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and optimization.Actively engaging with business teams to provide financial insights and support that drive performance improvements.

**Profile**
- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration from a top
- ranked University. (Double degree in Business Administration and Data Analytics will be a plus).
- 2 to 3 years of controlling or audit experience.
- Data analytics work experience is highly valuable. Expertise in Business intelligence tools required (Power BI, SQL, Phyton...).
- **We are looking for someone with**:

- Excellent command of Spanish & English is mandatory, French language will be a plus.
- Highly motivated with an ability to listen and a willingness to learn.
- Outstanding analytical skills to critically evaluate information.
- Ability to multi-task, meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Great team player.
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
