ATEXIS is a multinational consulting firm specialising in providing engineering support services to clients, including leading companies in the aerospace, defence, naval, railway, energy and industrial sectors.

As part of the Supply Chain team, your duties will be as follows:
Project Support:

- Support during development for RFQ and follow-up with suppliers.
- Definition of the products or services required with detailed specifications.
- Introduction to suppliers of the new Project and submission of documentation.
- Supplier’s follow-up.
- Analyze results

Non-conformities management:

- Completion of open non-conformities workflow in SAP.
- Analysis on open non-conformities in SAP.
- Request price and delivery date to suppliers.
- Creation of purcharse orders for replacement of damaged materials.
- Non-conformity closure

Update of Material Master Data:

- Update of missing master data for materials in SAP.
- Task not started yet.

**Qualifications**
- Ideally previous experience in the same role.
- Experience with SAP- Materials Management Module.
- English C1/fluent level.
- Immediate availability.
