We focus on our customers' needs and deliver recruitment solutions through efficiency and utilizing data to improve overall recruiting strategies. With diverse clients such as Wolt, Cargo One, i2x, Leapsome, and Solarisbank, we help them find the best talent to scale up their businesses.

We're a remote company with a diverse team of over 80 employees working from across Europe, South Africa, and Brazil. With plans to expand to new regions and grow our team to 500 people in the next 4 years, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a big impact and drive change within an organization

As the Head of People Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization. You'll guide and mentor the People Ops team to ensure that our people processes are executed with excellence. Your strategic vision and strong stakeholder management skills will enable you to partner with senior leaders to identify market trends, drive organizational growth, and implement initiatives to improve team morale.

Tasks

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute People strategy aligned with overall business priorities and OKRs
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on a range of HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Lead and mentor the People Ops team, providing ownership, feedback, and recognition
- Use People Analytics to drive data-driven decisions
- Identify market trends and bring them to the organization
- Partner with an external leadership coach to further develop our team
- Ensure Tribe is a great place to work and cultivate a culture of excellence
- Drive organizational structure and transformation, and collaborate with team members and across functions to develop, document, and implement new programs, processes, events, and initiatives
- Implement Retention Strategies

**Requirements**:
**What you bring**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in People Operations, including at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or a similar role with a demonstrated track record of success
- Prior experience building scalable infrastructure in a growing organization
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, relationship building, and business partnering, with a strong emphasis on coaching skills (certification a plus) and a track record of coaching leaders.
- Excellent communication skills at the company level, including active listening
- Proven Project Management skills
- Experience with People Analytics and developing retention strategies
- Empathy, Change Management, Succession Planning, Training, Delivery/Onboarding, and Continuous Improvement skills

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in recruiting
- Successfully managed the end-to-end implementation of an HRIS system
- Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, utilizing conflict resolution skills such as listening, effective communication, and negotiation to manage and resolve conflicts within the organization.
- Proven experience in crisis management, including the ability to assess high-pressure situations, develop effective plans of action, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and make critical decisions under pressure.
