The
- **Finance internal consultant** will translate the needs of the Finance Team into an IT solution.
- They will be responsible of
- **configuring and maintaining the Finance systems** (mostly Netsuite).

They will collaborate with team members across all business functions and external consultants teams to
- **scope, design and follow-up customizations, resolve user issues and define processes**.

The team Governance is structured around (1)
- **support on Incidents**, (2)
- **enhancements** and (3)
- **projects**.
- The time will be spread across those 3 areas.

**Your key responsibilities : support, enhancement and projects**:

- Working effectively with key stakeholders (Finance Team, Sales Team, IT Department, Vendors) to **understand business and functional requirements to translate into solutions** with the ERP NetSuite and any integrated systems.
- ** Integration management **(Monitor and Optimize the flows between Netsuite and integrated platforms, reconcile and investigate errors).
- ** Creating** Process model diagrams, charts and **implementing **these processes across the organization.
- ** Reports** and searches, dashboards, custom records/fields, transaction & entry forms and printed pdf & html layouts.

**Other responsibilities : technical support and administration**:

- ** Point of contact** for Netsuite basic end-users **support and enhancements**.
- Work closely with NetSuite partners and integrators and **ensure** all developments, testing, deployments, upgrades and **integrations are performed correctly**.
- ** Users management **(access, roles and permissions maintenance).

**About you**:

- Extensive experience in **ERP/Systems** and **Finance processes**.
- ** 4-6 years** working experience (Consulting experience would be great).
- Skilled at working within a **dynamic**, rapidly **changing**, team-oriented and **collaborative** environment.
- Attention to **details** and see the **big picture** at the same time.
- Strong interpersonal and oral **communication**.
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in **user-friendly language**.
- Proven **analytical** and **problem-solving** abilities.
- Fluent in **English** - French & Spanish is a plus.
- NetSuite experience will make the difference.
