In order to complete our MSE Platforms Department, we are currently looking for a **Solution Architect - Infrastructure** **Position Summary**: In this position, you will responsible of Technology and Design solutions; definition of strategy, architecture, design, lifecycle management automation roadmap. You will play a key role on our Journey to Cloud architecture and design. To establish strategy, roadmap, and services for the evolution of the Omni channel Business Solutions and Technologies with a focus on design, integration, data management and standards while meeting business requirements of availability, scalability, performance, agility, compliance, and cost. Develop strategy and roadmap for the evolution of technical solutions in line with business requirements and strategy. Meets Omni Channel and eCommerce business needs in terms of Operational availability and stability, SLOs, compliance, Owns or drives the "How" through suppliers. **Key Responsibilities**: - Define Project Portfolio for the area of responsibility ensuring end-to-end alignment and delivery of multiple complex projects for technical solutions managing cost, timeliness, and quality in collaboration with various vendors. - Aligned Development Plans and Project Portfolio supported by the appropriate deadlines; Projects delivered on time, on budget, meeting the business and compliance requirements, Effective Resource Plan for the team; Effective & efficient budget management. - Define and maintain Solution Maintenance Roadmap for the technical solutions in scope. - Be accountable for the creation of all designs for technical solutions in scope, supporting business requirements of availability, scalability, performance, compliance, and agility. - Participate in external vendor technical roadmap sessions. Ensure Nestlé requirements are met through vendors’ long-term roadmaps. - Aligned vendor Development Plans supported by the appropriate deadlines. - Design and align with the different teams the Journey to Cloud. **Required Profile**: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar - Strong experience as IT eCommerce Solutions Design / Architecture (5-10 years) - Omni Channel and eCommerce Business knowledge - Proven track record in managing Solutions like OCI, AZURE, AWS - Cloud certifications or professional experience building cloud-native solutions - Proven track record in managing a team of technologists - Proven track record in building and managing design teams to deliver World - Class Enterprise Business Solutions and Platforms in Hybrid environments (Cloud / on-premise) and delivered with mixed delivery models. - Ability to understand the financial impact of technology alternatives. - Significant depth of experience in one or more of: cloud solutions, virtualization platforms, software development, operational management practices and frameworks, front-end/full-stack, customer experience and design centered development/architecture Inspiring others for the idea of lifelong learning. - High tolerance to stress with result orientation. - Proven leadership skills - Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English. **Join Us**:
