**The Site Supervisor role**:
We're looking for a Site Supervisor to have specific responsibility for the operational management of the **Gypsy and Traveller Site,** including lettings, assisting in income collection and debt control, adherence to licence regulations and enforcement, caretaking including grass cutting and maintenance and administration. You'll also work with relevant agencies to facilitate appropriate services being delivered to residents on the site.

**Key duties and responsibilities of our Site Supervisor**:

- Carry out daily inspections of the site providing a pro-active approach to emerging issues, breaches of licence regulations, assessment of environmental condition and security checks
- Be operationally responsible for the termination of tenancies on the site including checking the pitch; assessing any damage and obtaining quotes for rectifying damage caused As part of the ‘sign up’ process of new tenants, to welcome new tenants to the site; explain roles and responsibilities; explain use of amenities including cables and meters; provide ‘signposting’ service for other services
- Work closely with relevant agencies to minimise any potential fraudulent claims
- Provide support to site residents which can include sensitive issues and make links with other providers, (e.g., Health Visitors and Education) to ensure tenants are not excluded from services available
- Carry out minor maintenance and repair tasks where feasible and to ensure more substantial repairs are processed and actioned
- Carry out initial investigations into complaints and take appropriate action to resolve. Including ensuring that adequate administrative procedures are in place and complied with

**What we’re looking for in our Site Supervisor**:

- 4 GCSE's (Grade A-C), or relevant experience
- Experience of Housing Management or working with the Community or working on travellers sites
- Working with the public in confrontational and sensitive situations
