We are looking for an experienced Finance and Administration Manager to join one of the most exclusive golf clubs in Costa del Sol.

You will report directly to the board, being responsible for the management, control and monitoring of accounting and administration tasks, especially with regard to monthly closing entries, consolidation of financial statements and labour management.

**Responsabilities**:

- Proper accounting (bank reconciliation provisions, manual and predefined entries, compilation and posting of invoices from creditors, fixed assets and depreciation, control of cashiers and banks)
- Analytical accounting: cost center imputation and distribution rules
- Supervision of accounting movements due to stock changes
- Coordination with the Legal Offices for reviewing and returning tax models and labour management.
- Higher education: BA in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills
- High analytical ability
- Communication skills
- Advanced English level or bilingual
