**Key Responsibilities**

**Demand vs capacity assessment**:

- Demand extraction to prepare the production plan
- Volume introduction in the “capacity check” to perform RCCP and
- Highlight capacity issues of the plant in the next months.

**PSO Report preparation for the monthly meeting with production**:
Batch tickets creation following the “scheduling plan” of production

Inventory: follow up, manage and control of the reliability and quality of the stocks vs target at month end:
**Quality**:

- Risk reduction (Magna Carta)
- “Slow moving”, expired, NO OK y obsoletes.
- Inventory value and “turn over” (D.O.I.)

**Reliability**:

- Inventory adjustments in Oracle to ensure the site has the right stocks
- Inventory adjustments review with the Finance department

Active participation in the process “Production Sign Off”. PSO meetings:

- Local: facilitating communication and interaction between departments
- European:
Resins PSO: collaborating with the Resin SC Manager.

EHQ PSO: informing at European level of the production plan vs capacity in the plant.

Ensure accurate “set up” in Oracle (inventory classification, LTs, etc)

Support planning / “scheduling” and Procurement in the correct usage of MRP

**Qualifications**:

- Outstanding interpersonal and strong communication and interaction skills.
- Mathematics and logic skills (critical thinking).
- Basic Supply Chain skills, mainly focused on the planning activities (MRP and “pull” system).
- Microsoft office: proficient level
- Proficient english. Additional language would be an advantage.
