**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced Senior FP&A analyst responsible for performing business analysis, financial modelling, and financial forecasting for the Iberian region

**What You’ll Do**:

- _Prepare and/or coordinate management reporting, including but not limited to financial variance analysis, operational statistics and other financial reports.
- _Develop and execute processes to allow for continuous analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources and tools to influence the accuracy of the closing process and forecasting
- _Take part in the annual preparation and elaboration of the budget and forecasts, reviewing and analysing actual versus budget/forecast variances as well as anticipated investment and expenses for the following year.
- _Build and manage dashboards and metrics to identify key trends risks and opportunities. Develop, maintain and consolidate management information including financials and other relevant KPIs.
- _Partner with local operational units, accounting, and corporate finance
- _Partner with business leadership to identify any potential financial and operational risks issues
- _Participate in the business case process, understanding the issues relating to all projects and initiatives
- _Participate within the month-end closing, ensuring the P&L represents the real situation of the business, by reviewing expenses accruals and deferred expenses.**What You’ll Bring**:

- _Degree in Finance / Business Administration/Engineering
- _3-5 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role within a high demanding international company.
- _Strong knowledge of financial modelling
- _Excellent analytical skills with experience in project controlling.
- _Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
- _Experience with BI processes and tools
- _High level of English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus).
- _Advance user of MS Excel
- _Experience with Cognos/TM1 and Dynamics is a plus
- _Motivation, team player with experience exposure to international operations is highly valued_
