**Your role in our team**:
- As a database specialist (M/F/x) you will be responsible for the administration, installation, monitoring and further development of our database environments at our client’s
- You will develop, implement and test strategies for lifecycle projects and will be responsible for the rollout of patches and upgrades
- You will be responsible for the secure operation of the database environments and take preventive measures to avoid and eliminate malfunctions
- You will also be responsible for creating, managing, testing and maintaining back-up systems, testing and recovery procedures
**Your profile**:
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (M/F/x) or completed studies in computer science. Career starters welcome
- Experience with the administration of databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Ideally experience with the installation and administration of Linux
- Fluent English skills
- Desirable: Independent and structured work as well as the ability to work in a team
- You are curious, a team player, flexible and motivated
