We are looking for a proactive, very responsible, and rigorous person with accuracy, who is used to interact with different cultural environments, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment as **Ground Operations Support**.
The workplace is in Barcelona.
The position is reporting to the Head of Ground Ops Support.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Airport support from OCC (operations control center)**:
- Airport support on daily doubts, system use or documentation requests
- Exceptional requirements authorisations and requests
- Delays monitoring and codification
- Flight watch and support
- Welfare assistance coordination with airports according to EU261
- Airport data base update
**Delays management and other incidences**
- Assure the correct information is received by Handling Agents and Passengers in case of disruption and in coordination with Customer Response Team
- Monitoring of assistance given and passenger status follow up
- Cost control on assistance delivered
**Reports and Statistics**
- Incidences daily reports in case of disruption
- Daily coding report
**Profile**:
- Willing to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Willing to work H24 shifts in the operations control center (including weekends and nights)
- Airline previous background will be highly valued
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork is a must*
