Dynamics 365 \ Power Platform Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our Dynamics 365 project. The project involves developing and customizing solutions based on Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform, including integrations, solution architecture, and quality control.

**Requirements**:
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform (architecture, customization, integrations, knowledge of best practices)
- Strong development skills in C# and JavaScript for D365
- Understanding of automated testing of custom functionality in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Experience leading technical teams (team lead, tech lead)
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (client communication)
**Nice to have**:
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
- Experience in the financial sector
**Responsibilities**:
- Development and customization of Dynamics 365 Sales solutions
- Solution architecture design and consulting for D365 and Power Platform implementations
- Integration of Dynamics 365 with external systems
- Creating and maintaining automated tests
- Leading the technical team and tracking team performance
