Join Axpo Services EMEA as a Senior SAP Inhouse FI/CO Consultant and lead impactful projects in the dynamic and evolving energy industry. In this role, you will take on key responsibilities from day one, focusing on implementing and supporting SAP-driven FI/CO solutions across the organization, shaping the future of finance and controlling.

**What you will do**:

- Design, configure, test, and maintain S/4HANA and FI/CO modules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead SAP deployment teams during fit-gap analysis and workshop sessions.
- Provide estimations, gap analysis, and process improvements for Finance and Controlling.
- Drive technical implementations and support integrated systems changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure accurate system customization.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants on best practices.

**What you bring & who you are**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent operational experience.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting with a focus on S/4HANA Finance.
- Proven expertise in SAP financial modules (FI: AR, AP, AA, GL & CO: CCA, PS, PA).
- Experience in multiple S/4HANA end-to-end implementations.
- Strong project management skills with leadership experience in SAP deployment teams.
- Fluent in English, with German as a plus.
