**Job description**

As an All-Round Carpenter, you’ll be hands-on in building custom chalets and tiny houses, all within our indoor workshop. From reading blueprints to measuring, cutting, and assembling entire structures, you’ll bring unique projects to life.

We’re looking for a team player with technical skills, whether experienced or just starting out and eager to learn. If you’re passionate about quality craftsmanship.

**What you’ll do**:

- Dive into blueprints and get ready to build something exceptional;
- Prep each project from the ground up, handling every phase with precision;
- Measure, cut, and shape wooden boards and beams to bring the designs to life;
- Assemble entire structures and bring them to completion;
- Add the perfect finishing touches by sealing connections and smoothing seams;
- Install dormers, roof edges, gutters, and more to ensure each tiny house is a masterpiece.

**Requirements**:

- Someone with technical skills and a background in wood construction or carpentry (or ready to learn);
- A team player who’s comfortable working independently when needed;
- Confident using a range of hand tools and construction equipment.
