Modalidad de trabajo: presencial en Pozuelo de Alarcón. Main taks: - Definition of the test plan integration and participation strategy. - Define test strategy in Countries (E2E, Alphas and Betas). - Implementation and assurance of the test plan in Paises. - Definition, monitoring and analysis of KPIs to help evaluate the performance of products and services in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement. - You'll be involved in Beta pilot projects (new products and services and continuous improvement of existing products). - Ad hoc and strategic project, deeping on pain points. - Daily analysis of main technical KPIs. - Identify root-causes in real time, through a heatmap, implementing actions to reduce pain points. - Follow-up of the different KPIs to help evaluate the correct functioning of the portfolio and actions for improvement. - Analysis and presentations of key findings. - Integration of products and services into the customer's environment. - Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans. Unete a nosotros **Requirements**: - Excellent analytical skills and ability to find root-causes to each issue. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to put inputs from multiple sources to tell a story. - At least 5 years of previous experience. - Experience working with large datasets through data & visualization tools (Python, PBI, etc.). - English: fluent level (C1) as you will work in an international environment and project.
