**The Senior Producer executes the creative vision of the Head of Media Network for their market. They develop and execute individual content pieces and works closely with the Programming and Communications teams to meet audience objectives and the needs of the business. The Senior Producer works with the local creative community to develop and produce content focused on strategic long form, live formats and is responsible of the biggest and most strategic projects. They are also responsible of Research & development of new long, short and serialized content formats. Their goal is to create content that will reach and engage key local audiences.**:

Expand all
- Innovative content creation
- Develops and produces innovative, high-quality content that is always in line with the brand attitudes, values and quality standards of Red Bull;
- Executes productions from concept phase to final delivery, aligned with the defined holistic content strategy for that market;
- Identifies and develops new story angles for existing projects, genres and recurring content opportunities (Athlete Projects, Opinion Leaders, Events, Team Presentations, On Premise, Consumption Occasions etc.).
- Community building
- Builds and maintains a network of companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers and partners within the specific country; Works with top production partners and talent in the local market, to deliver state-of-the-art content from editorial to technical perspectives.
- Media strategy
- Cooperates with the international Red Bull TV Live producers when live events take place in the country;
- Collaborates regularly with international Red Bull producers, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines.
- Budget control

Accountable for the budget control of his/her projects and that all productions are executed in line with the Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements.

EXPERIENCE**
Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Valuable experience as Producer or Executive Producer, who has a proven track record for developing and executing world class content for target audiences in the market;
- 7+ years overall media employment in TV production, commissioning or similar, ideally in factual entertainment, documentary, live programs or reality;
- Most recent work experience preferably as a staff member of a major TV network or large production company, or uninterrupted freelance work for top-tier companies, executing multiple productions, budgets and partners;
- Familiarity with the regional and international content market including relationships within the local creative community;
- A broad knowledge of all media production methods for creation and delivery essential;
- A positive, solution-oriented work attitude; excellent organization and communication skills;
- University Degree level education (ideally in Communications, Journalism, Film Studies or similar);
- Fluency in English
- Travel 25%
